The Helenites Men was declared the winner of the STX 2022-23 USVISA Men's Premier League Champions on February 4, 2023, winning against Unique Sports club with a 4-2 finish. The Mens played 9 games during the season and won 8 games amassing an overall total of 59 goals throughout the entire season. The Helenites Sports Club remains undefeated for the 10th consecutive time. 

Helenites SC won the St. Croix Division with an 8-1-0 record, while second place became a battle between Rovers FC (5-3-1) and Unique Tropical Sports Club (4-4-1). Prankton Soccer Club finished last at 0-9-0.
